Terrific service, I felt very comfortable.
Deluxe hotel, all of the staff were affable and great, fantastic location right in the heart of the old town beside all the must see sights. The room was extremely spacious and new-fashioned and had coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware. The views of the historic town were good, appreciated it.

Our stay at Apartments & Rooms Mareta Exclusive was fantastic! The room we stayed in was stunning, with modern decor and excellent amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The location was perfect, right in the center for sightseeing. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Drawbacks: Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor inconveniences. the hot water in the shower only lasted about 5 minutes, which made it a bit challenging when trying to wash our hair.

I had a pleasant stay at Apartments & Rooms Mareta Exclusive. The room was modern and clean, with attention to detail in the facilities. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from all the top sights in Zadar. The host was patient and helpful in assisting us with our luggage and providing information about the area. Despite the minor issue of having to climb stairs to the top floor, I got used to it and it was my own fault for not checking beforehand. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and helpful host.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town beside all the must-see sights. I could easily walk to pretty much all the sites and restaurants. Despite being on the main street, the hotel was really quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was so kind and helpful, meeting us for check-in and giving us great recommendations for restaurants. They even went above and beyond to take receipt of a package we needed to receive while we were overseas. The service was top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were fantastic as well, with features such as heating, air conditioning, and a tea and coffee facilities. The cleanliness of the apartments was impeccable and the decor was very attractive. The apartment itself had a smart TV, which was very handy in the evenings when we wanted to relax and watch our own programs.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During our Easter break, we had a pleasant stay in an apartment close to everything. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the sea organ and the old town. We enjoyed the plenty of places to eat and drink, with a great variety of food options. the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a short stay.
We did have some issues with the parking situation. It was not advised in advance, and it caused us to spend some time looking for a spot to park our car.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the complementary facts offered by the hotel. the staff was really kind and helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. One of the best aspects of my stay was the beautiful and modern decor of the room. It really set the tone for a luxury holiday.
the noise level was too high, and it was difficult to sleep, especially in the early morning.
